Is your dealership open?

Yes, we are Open for Business by appointment. We are an Essential Service and are here for you. We are updating our hours and posting them on the website.

Am I allowed inside?

Yes, we are open by appointment. No appointment, no problem! Just call us when you are outside and we will book you an appointment right away. When you arrive, please wait just into the front entrance where we will greet you and log your name and number for contact tracing. We control how many people are in our stores and where they can go.

Can I use the bathroom?

Yes, after you are greeted and logged

Are the employees wearing masks?

Yes, our employees all wear appropriate face coverings. We also have plexiglass up for added safety. 


Parts Department

Can I walk through your parts department?

We are currently open for curbside pick-up, contact us to place your order. 

How do I place a parts order?

You can order online, over the phone or in person depending what colour we are in.

How do I pick up a parts order?

We offer curbside pickup. Just call us when you arrive and we’ll deliver your order to your trunk. Learn more about curb side pickup here: https://audideals.ca/curb-side-pick-up/

Our curb side pick-up area is located by the service drive-through.

How do I pay for my parts order?

We offer secure online payment so you can pick up and go.

Am I able to complete the process from curb-side and have my order brought out?

Absolutely! Just call us when you arrive.


Sales Department

Do I have to book an appointment?

No appointment, no problem! Just call us when you arrive and we’re happy to take care of you. We can book you an appointment right away. 

Is the showroom open?

Yes it is, by appointment only.

Are we still able to test drive the car – what is the process? Will you come with us? Will the car be sanitized

Yes you are. The process changes based on what Colour Zone we are in. Please call your Brand Specialist and they will let you know the current protocols.

Do you offer Video appointments?

We sure do! Please contact us and we’re happy to set it up.

Can you deliver the vehicle to our home?

Yes we can.

What’s the process with the lease return with Covid?

The process changes based on what Colour Zone we are in, but you always can just drop the vehicle off and put the key in the night box. We’ll take care of the rest.


Service Department

How do I make an appointment?

You can call, email or book your appointments online. Please book your appointment ahead of time, but we will try to accommodate last-minute appointments if possible. 

Do you have a waiting area?

It depends on what Colour Zone we are in but most of the time we do. Our waiting areas are well-spaced out for your safety. We also have an outdoor waiting lounge and a beautiful nature trail. Watch this video to see what you can do while you wait:  https://youtu.be/CdcR4gMuvsc 

Do I have to come inside the store?

No. Just call us when you arrive and we will come out to you.

Is my vehicle sanitized before/after service?

Yes it is to protect everyone. We even sanitize your key.

Can I use a drop box for my key?

Yes, this is the best option. We even have a pick up box for your convenience.

Do you have transportation options available?

Yes, we have a shuttle service which runs each hour with a limited capacity. We use a fogger to sanitize the shuttle after each run to keep us all safe. Please call us to book your pickup and ride home.

What is our drop off procedure for service appointments?

It’s an easy process, we have a video on our website for you to watch to take you step by step. 

Will I be able to go over the final repairs with someone?

Yes, our Service Advisors will speak with you by phone or video call. This is most important so you understand the repairs.

Can I get into the storage yard?

Yes, but by appointment only. Please give us a call and we’re happy to help.
